Terms and conditions of sale

1. Who is selling
Orders placed on escapade.store are concluded with FACILITY S.A., 10, Porte de France, L-4360 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B97091, VAT LU19874003, info@escapade.store (hereinafter “Escapade”).
These terms apply to online purchases made by consumers. Purchases made in store are subject to the store’s rules.
2. Products
Products are described and photographed with the greatest care. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Items are offered while stocks last. If an item you have ordered turns out to be no longer available, we will inform you without delay and refund you in full within 14 days at the latest.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
4. Ordering
You choose your items and the collection or delivery method, then confirm and pay. The order is concluded upon receipt of your payment. You immediately receive a confirmation email setting out your order and these terms.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Escapade never has access to your full bank details.
6. In-store collection and delivery
In-store collection, free of charge. Items sold online are collected from our Belval store, place de l'Académie, in Esch-Belval. We will let you know by email when your order is waiting for you, normally within 24 hours. It is held for 8 working days; please show your confirmation email and an identity document.
Home delivery. We deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg and France, through the carrier Inflow, from our Belval store.
- Luxembourg: €5.90 (€7.90 for a suitcase or travel bag), free for purchases of €100 or more.
- Belgium and France: €12.90 (€20.90 for a suitcase or travel bag), free for purchases of €100 or more, or of €135 or more when the order includes a suitcase or travel bag.
The exact charges for your order are shown before it is confirmed.
We dispatch your order within 2 working days. Indicative delivery time after dispatch: 1 to 2 working days in Luxembourg, 1 to 4 working days in Belgium and France.
Risk passes to you when you, or the person you designate, take possession of the item.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind, without having to give a reason. The procedure and the form are on our Withdrawal and returns page.
8. Guarantees
All our items are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date the item is handed over: if a defect appears, you are entitled to repair or replacement or, failing that, to a price reduction or a refund. Write to us at info@escapade.store or visit one of our stores, with your proof of purchase.
Some brands also offer their own commercial guarantee; it is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not replace it. Our stores liaise with the brand for after-sales service.
9. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are subject to their own terms, set out on the Gift vouchers page.
10. Complaints and mediation
Write to us at info@escapade.store: we reply within 5 working days. If no agreement is reached, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation (National Consumer Ombudsman Service), 6, rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg, www.mediateurconsommation.lu.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you live in another European Union country, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. In the event of a dispute, you may bring the matter before the court of your place of residence or that of Escapade’s registered office.
